I Was Having Issues With The Next Payment Date Formula, It Was Not Reading The Start Date Correctly For The Different Cycles. With A Little Help From ChatGPT haha I Managed to Get It To Work. Great video! I'd recommend checking out the Todoist integration as well. I find it's a much better task manager than Notion because it has great quick capture and natural language. I still have Notion connected to Morgen for projects though. Morgen also just added 2 way sync for Notion and Todoist as of 6/15/24 which has greatly improved how time blocking works.

I wanted to try it, but I don't use Google Calendar, and this is just a Google Calendar skin. In fact, you can't even download without logging into Google-even when you're already logged into Notion!

Hi! I've been following your channel for a while, you've introduced me to Notion! I've been using YNAB for about 2 years now, and I love it! Question, why do you cross reference your targets in Notion instead of using YNAB targets? If those targets don't change regularly, you could add some periodic reconciliation between YNAB targets and Notion targets, if you like seeing them in both places!

Can you do Google Cal AND Outlook with Morgen?

I find when I mark a Notion task in Morgen as complete it removes it from the calendar (a notification pops up saying that Morgen will archive the task) it does update the task in Notion as complete. However, in your demonstration the task does not remove itself from the calendar. How can I get the task to stay in the calendar view?

Your explenations are on point, thank you🫶🏼i really learned some key points, even though I already made some complex formulas myself :) And for the button: you don‘t have to make it default :) first it will just say add page to…as empty but when you click on empy you can select a template 😊 in this case it doesn‘t really matter, howevet it can sometimes be really helpful🌝

I came here from your "best of digital & paper" hybrid planning video and was wondering if you are still using paper at all or are you totally digital now? Just curious bc I've been completely digital for the most part when it comes to planning, and have been thinking lately I want to re-incorporate paper planning again, but not sure if that's the right move or not. I still have to fill out the match guide to see what would work best for me, but was curious where you were at currently with paper planning and how that fits into all of this if you are still using it. I know in that video you also mentioned Google Calendar and now you're using Morgen, so thought maybe you stopped paper planning too. In Morgen Calendar I can't schedule recurring events customized: e.g. every 4th Sunday of the month. Where in Notion Calendar I can do this.

You are by far the best notion master professor I had come across. I learn something new everyday from your videos. I really love when you show us the advance tricks on how to keep things all in one place. Keep more of those "building together" videos coming, such as the tracker or dashboard, etc. You make notion seem so user friendly for people who want to learn how to make their notion more organized & pretty in one place. You described almost exactly my planner life ! I went through everything like you, and today I’m in Notion for everything but I keep the BuJo for the daily to-do (like you, I can’t do it on a computer) and for a view of the months - and also to play with colored pens and stickers and washi tape. And Google calendar for the appointments and such. Thanks for the video !

Great video! Quite agree that Notion Calendar was a big disappointment 😢 One question - even if i specify a start and end time for a task in Notion, it appears in the sidebar in my Morgan calendar until I drag it into the calendar. Is there a way of getting tasks with specifics start and end times to show directly in the calendar automatically?

Finally! I was testing Motion, Akiflow and some others recently and just didn't click yet. There were always some little things that just didn't work for me and I didn't feel that warmth in my heart :) Now, with this one, I just got that warmth and releaf feeling that this is it! Cheers!

Is this for daily habits tracker?

This is super helpful, always wondered how automations worked! Seems similar to setting a template for a view, but definitely more powerful depending on the use. I'll remember to keep my automations simple so it doesn't mess any pages up!

This looks awesome! A couple of questions...can you pull tasks from more than one place, i.e Notion AND ToDoIst? And can you sync with more than one database in Notion?

I'm trying Morgen Calendar. It sounds like a great option. I'm in the free trial. Sadly, I have not been able to connect Zoom and there's no confetti 😢 It imports all my Notion tasks as "events and appointments", a calendar from my Google calendar. I'll keep trying to sort it out.
